Age of Conan Leveling

When you start Age of Conan, you can choose either Cimmerian or Aquilonian. The leveling differences are not that big, so just choose the one you like the best and get started with the game.
Level 1-5
The first 5 levels are tutorial levels and are straight forward. Start by swimming out in the water and look for a chest. It’ll give you some loot to sell later on. Talk to the chained girl and get your quest. Kill some apes, pirates, smugglers and pics. When you’re finished with these you should be close to level 5.
Level 5-10
Go to the Inn after getting the quest from the guard and talk to Tina. You’ll get your destiny quest which will take you to level 10 when you are finished. If you kill everything you see you can easily reach level 15.
After this you should go to the town and get a lot of quests. You can have up to 32 quests at one time. When you reach level 15 you can restart your destiny quest. To get it, port to your home city.
Level 15-30
Go do the destiny quest, when you’re finish go to the town and get all the quests once again. when finished you should be close to level 20. Lots of these are “runner” quests where you’ll have to deliver items, talk to people and that kind of stuff. You’ll spend an awful lot of time running.

When you finish your “runner” quests, head down to the Cimmerian Settlement and get quests. You should be close to level 30 when you’ve finished all of these.
Level 30-35
If you like soloing, the game becomes much more fun after reaching level 30. You’ll get lot of gear and armor now. If you want some easy XP, go to Old Taratime and get some grey quest (grey are easy).
You should be able to reach level 40 soon.
After level 40 your own your own, but at this point you have a good idea about how to play the game.
The average Age of Conan player, reach level 40 after around 20 days of playing time. If you use an Age of Conan Leveling Guide, you can easily reach level 80 within a week.
